HaDavar is an online journal of the School of Ministry (SoM) and Calvary Chapel Bible College Graduate School (CCBCGS).  Its purpose is for teachers and pastors to submit academically qualified articles regarding the study of the Word so that others can draw from another's expertise with a passage or topic related to the Bible.  

 We are committed to a literal-straightforward interpretation of the Bible.

How to Submit an Article

Your qualifications:

• Though you do not necessarily need to have an advanced degree to submit an article, you must possess a mastery of your topic.

• Please include in the email several reasons that qualify you to write on your chosen topic e.g.: many years teaching the Bible, fluent in Hebrew or Greek, in depth-study etc.

Articles must:

• be firmly based on the Bible, God's Word

• affirm the infallibility and inerrancy of the Word

• be well researched and academically sound 

• be well written and polished

Articles not accepted:

We reserve the right to reject any articles submitted and will do so based on, though not exclusively, the following considerations:

• poor style

• not biblically sound

• slanderous in nature

• merely opinion-based

Submission:

• Please send your article in MS Word format with the above considerations to doughamp@calvarychapel.com

• Also include a 30-40 word summary of your article.
